Journal for Friday, May 14th, 2010
Woke up late tonight and enjoyed a bike ride that motivated me. After getting back from my bike ride, I sat down and recorded my first video podcast episode. This video is going to be about how I suck at presenting on video. This was strategic in the personal impact that it can have on me by lowering my own expectations and engaging in greater production. The shooting of this video went so smoothly that I’m now feeling a lot more confidence in creating future videos. This is a meaningful breakthrough for me, since this action is part of my plan for achieving some of my important personal goals. After wrapping up this video shoot, I got some more work done as well as engaged in some good human nature & achievement thinking. I’m excited about the momentum today has produced for me and am eager to get this video podcast episode published to the world.
