Journal for Monday, February 5th, 2007
I had a really strong leg workout today at the gym. After that I went in the hot tub and steam room. I haven’t done that after a workout before and it left my muscles in much better shape after working out. It feels like the recovery may be noticeably quicker. I should definitely take this approach more often. My workouts are going great and I can’t wait to see the results later this year.
