After losing my diligence in bodybuilding for a couple weeks or so, I kicked my own ass and dragged myself to the gym again. It was good to be back am I’m going to try to ensure another round of solid consistency in working out. I was recently on a 5 on / 1 or 0 off routine and I’m going to continue that for now. Going to the gym at night energized me and from there I spent the whole night getting a lot of work accomplished & learning until it was light out again.
