Journal for Thursday, January 7th, 2010
Today had some good momentum to it. Ultimately, I didn’t get a ton done, but was able to keep the momentum relatively up which is important. I did very well with my bodybuilding by knocking out 2 solid workouts. I was also able to develop a couple key personal productivity documents that will help give me some additional daily structure for achieving more. One document consolidates the primary overall tasks I need to carry out on a consistent basis. The other document proposes an optional daily schedule for achievement productivity. This simple schedule consists of 3 parts… 1) Bodybuilding & Personal Life Maintenance 2) Content Creation & Social Networking 3) Business Development. I think this fits pretty well with my mindset and will help me produce greater results. I will probably have to condition myself into it though.
Friday @ 12:26am ET – Prepared and am enjoying healthy meal that is so yum yum to my tum tum.
Thursday @ 10:06pm ET – Working out again. Hitting the front delts this time. Feeling good.
Thursday @ 7:50pm ET – Just completed a back workout and am about to make a fruit smoothie full of protein and nutrition. Tastes like pleasure.
