I’ve decided to hire some employees sooner rather than later. My first employees were going to be when I produced $250k+ to hire a very high quality team for my business acquisitions company. I’ve got several things running that could produce that $250k+ in the next couple months. I’m going to hire on a few inexpensive employees to add leverage to my immediate ventures. The key will be finding skilled and dependable people that don’t cost much. I may have to offer a piece of the profits to entice quality people. Now I need office space!Today I worked on the overall plan for my advertising campaigns. Now that I have this down in writing I will have to match it up with my capital allocation schedule. After that and pricing my advertising, I will have a complete advertising plan other than defining limits on the performance reports for these ads. I am extremely busy these days and I am loving it!
