Yes that is right I am currently in Las Vegas! I have been since 6pm Eastern or 3pm Pacific. Sometimes I just totally shock myself. I did with my endurance on this trip. I got out of my hometown yesterday at 12 Noon. 30 hours later I arrived in Vegas. It took me a total of about 24 hours to drive the 2,000 miles with about 6 hours in stops. About 4 of those 6 hours were spent sleeping in my car at a Nebraska truck stop. If you do the math you can find my average speed. I know I said that I was planning on keeping my speed down since I am switching auto insurance soon but I just couldn’t resist the chance to get here asap!

This place is so much sweeter than I thought! When I got here I spent a couple hours driving around the town. I then checked in to a cheap motel on the strip, right in the middle of everything. I showered up and now I am sitting outside on top of my car writing this blog entry for you. I will be sure to post some updates in the near future as I settle in to this city. But for now I am going to go explore the strip!
