My New Physique
I’ve always been into bodybuilding and nutrition. However, I’ve always been on & off and have never been impressed by gains so far. I’m not even close to where I want to be. Lack of action on my part is to blame.
Like a lot of other areas of my life, I am taking this one public on my website. Doing this gives me more accountability. I know thousands of people see my site on a regular basis so I am more likely to follow through with the goals and promises I publish on my website. But more than anything I want this for me.
I’ve always envisioned the ideal me with a very muscular body, even at a really young age. It is time to achieve this in 2006.
Contrary to what most people think, lifting the weights is not the hard part of bodybuilding. What is harder is the diet. Not just because of the foods you can and can not eat but because of the amount and frequency. The diet I am going to try requires 9 meals each day. They aren’t big meals but all added up it is more food than usual. Plus I will be drinking water all throughout the day. It is going to be tough, yet absolutely worth it.
I am going to consistently document my progress on my website too. I plan to give you guys stats and photos of my progress. I will create a new section on my site for all of this.
I am not starting right now though. Once I get to Vegas and am settled in I will start.
I should mention too that I am all natural. No steroids for me. Like my shirt says: “No, I’m not on steroids… but thanks for asking.”
I am really looking forward to this one!
