Second Update for My 2010 Stacked Physique Commitment

It has been two quarters (6 months) since making My 2010 Stacked Physique Commitment on October 31st, 2009, and one quarter (3 months) since publishing my First Update for My 2010 Stacked Physique Commitment on January 31st, 2010. Now, in this post, I’m going to give you my second update on how I’m doing with executing on consistently building my stacked physique…

Doing Better Than Ever

In the first quarter of my commitment, I was not doing good enough and was close to risking the public embarrassment of publishing the infamous half-naked photo of my 2009 physique. However, I can proudly say that I have done an absolutely awesome job with consistently bodybuilding throughout this second quarter of my commitment! I’ve been outperforming my own expectations of myself and it is presently getting better & better. I am impressing myself, which is tough to do with high standards.

Crafting the Habit

Not only is my performance way up, but I seem to be achieving a new level of accomplishment with crafting my workouts into a habitual part of my day. This is exactly what I really wanted to do within this 9 month commitment of mine. I know that if I continue to do the work, then the desired end results will eventually materialize. So I hoped to establish consistent bodybuilding as a firm habit in my life so that I will acquire my stacked physique over time with high predictability. There seems to be little chance that I won’t workout each day now. I don’t even seem to fight or question it anymore. I just do it, which is very good! :D

Waking Up Early to Workout

For the past couple weeks in April, I have been successfully waking up early each morning and often working out first thing. I’m pushing myself to establish a consistent sleep schedule and so far am succeeding in that. This really is helping my overall productivity and consistency in bodybuilding too. I’m having to do so by blasting myself out of bed with an outrageously loud alarm clock with high powered amplifier attached. But hey, greatness in life is not always easy. ;-)

Militant Production Identity

I’ve also recently taken on a new mindset & identity, which I call my “Militant Production Identity”. This is all about taking action like a machine and pumping out more finished product work. This is helping to noticeably increase my productivity in several areas of my life, including consistent bodybuilding. I’m working to more deeply condition & anchor this mindset into my identity, because I think it will help produce big payoffs in my life, especially with my philanthropic wealth building. Keeping this mindset up should really help me produce great results with my stacked physique as well.

So I have done great this past quarter on my stacked physique commitment and have just one more 3 month quarter to go until the completion of this commitment on my birthday, July 30th, 2010. If I do well and remain consistent with my workouts, then I will have succeeded. However, if I screw it up by being lazy, then I will have to publish the half-naked photo of my 2009 physique, here on my personal website, for the entire world to make fun of. One more quarter to go! Let’s do this! :D
