Woke up later on today and started working more on the documentation of my entrepreneurship venture’s systems. Got a good amount done here. Takes a lot of clear writing to do well. Later on, I wrote content for my personal website, went bodybuilding at the gym, and had some fun as well.

Made some very good progress in creating the documentation for the development of my online system for my current entrepreneurship venture. It is pretty sophisticated, especially the backend business side used by my company. I worked on this system documentation well into the next morning since I was on a roll with making meaningful progress. It is very easy for me to rapidly see how a system should exist, but documenting this in a way that clearly communicates it to others involved is less instantaneous & can be a challenge since I don’t like writing that much. Beyond this, just worked on miscellaneous stuff, socialized, hit the gym, and spent a bit of time with my sister.

After a solid chuck of time studying the private equity industry, I spent some time relaxing, watching videos & thinking. After this, I got myself into a very awesome state of mind. This was such a free mindset that I was experiencing. It was like there was very little definition of the meaning of things in the world through my current perception. There was an intense feeling of curiosity & effect of happiness as I thought about non-present things as well as directly perceived others with my physical senses. I felt like a curious child perceiving a new world for the first time without fear or inhibition. It was a state of flow and I felt like I could do just about anything with extreme ease. What a great experience. I really need to figure out some way to predictably harness & control my ability to induce extremely effective & pleasurable mindsets like this on command. That would be so good.

After losing my diligence in bodybuilding for a couple weeks or so, I kicked my own ass and dragged myself to the gym again. It was good to be back am I’m going to try to ensure another round of solid consistency in working out. I was recently on a 5 on / 1 or 0 off routine and I’m going to continue that for now. Going to the gym at night energized me and from there I spent the whole night getting a lot of work accomplished & learning until it was light out again.

Had a bunch of family over to the house tonight here in Michigan and I had a great time. I got to visit for a few hours with a couple cousins of mine and we had some great laughs & explored some valuable insights about life. Also, some of my other family members were eying my personal technology like the valley people of June 2006. They seemed impressed by my new media production studio that I built here in my place. Later on, I buckled down and got a solid amount of work done throughout the night.

Didn’t get a lot of work done today. I spent a lot of time just thinking & hanging out. Watched a lot of video on interesting topics such as business, investments, philosophy, psychology, sciences, and technology. A decent & interesting day, but not extremely fun or productive.

Woke up early in the morning despite only getting a few hours of sleep. Went right to work and diligently worked on developing systems for my current business that is in development. It is really good to have an awesome name chosen and have the full system laid out in my head. I also had a lot of emails to send out today. Today was certainly a productive one.

Woke up in the afternoon after a good day, yesterday, of visiting with family & productive work. I spent some time thinking about the future of my personal website, brianwatkins.com. I have some award winning stuff coming down the pike. It is going to take hiring talented developers, designers, and media production specialists. Hopefully, I can make it all happen this year for my website. After thinking about that, I got back to work on my current entrepreneurship venture in development. I am now thoroughly documenting all of the systems that I’ve designed which will run this business like a top. This in-depth documentation is especially needed for the coding of all of my custom software & web apps. I’m working to get this business launched ASAP because it has the potential to take off like a bat out of hell. Could be big. I have designed a sophisticated direct mailing strategy that I will primarily be building the business on in the beginning. I need about a .5% purchase rate to keep the business going. A 1% purchase rate will make me several millions. Above that gets pretty exponential. The market is wide-open and I have a quality product with a killer business engine behind it. My solution could become the staple of an industry and become a hundred million dollar or beyond business for me. We will see.

Worked for quite a while throughout the day on designing quality user interfaces for the business systems that I am currently building. This is a very meaningful step which really helps stakeholders extract value out of a system like this. I’m getting excited about this venture’s development & can’t wait to launch the business ASAP. I also had a lot of emails to catch up on today, both business & personal. Solid, productive day.

Monday @ 3:55pm ET - Listening to awesome 80s music & conducting serious business.

I had an awesome day today. Especially due to my cousin. I had him over to my place where we talked about life and gained a lot of perspective on things for ourselves. I was able to help him define some major pillars of his life that should consistently yield great results for him when he executes with integrity on them. It really opened up a lot of perspective for him and he is feeling more effective due to them. I love leading people into these positions of mindset. I was also able to show him my current business project that I’ve been developing as well as my future short-term direction for myself. Good connection, good fun, & good progress tonight. Thanks!
