2008 New Year Site Release
I’ve been making it a habit for the past few years to release something major on brianwatkins.com on Midnight of New Year’s. For this year, I have brought several content updates and new website improvements to you. I truly am out to create the #1 personal website on the entire internet with brianwatkins.com. Let me go over some of the highlights of this 2008 New Year release…
brianwatkins.com Launch!
It is finally here! brianwatkins.net has now become brianwatkins.com! I have released it exactly on Midnight ET of the 2007 New Year. What an awesome way to kick off the New Year! Along with the switch I have launched a lot of new profound content and improved the website in many ways. I am extremely motivated by this release of brianwatkins.com. It fits me, I love what I do, and I get really motivated just by looking at my website now! I am extremely happy that brianwatkins.com is here and can’t wait to release more of me into it for you!
MySpace Profile Link
I put an image link to my MySpace profile in the upper right-hand corner of my site. Just click it and add me as a friend on MySpace.
Email Notification Signup
I am now providing email notification for new content in my blogs as well as the other sections of my website that receive regular postings of new content.
Global Feeds
Now that my entire website is integrated into one content management system I am able to offer you a set of global feeds that will give you notification of new content.
New Contact Me Script as of January 2007
I installed a new contact script on my Contact page. I added a Subject field and I now have image verification.
Top of Page Link
Some of pages on my site can get pretty long so I have provided an efficient way to get back up to the top of the page you are viewing.
Global Search
You now have the benefit of being able to search my entire site with one search form. If you ever have a special subject or keyword in mind that you are wondering if I have talked about on my site then just do a search for it here and see.
About Me Links
I added a page with links to content on my website that is good for learning specifically about important parts of me.
