2008 New Year Site Release
I’ve been making it a habit for the past few years to release something major on brianwatkins.com on Midnight of New Year’s. For this year, I have brought several content updates and new website improvements to you. I truly am out to create the #1 personal website on the entire internet with brianwatkins.com. Let me go over some of the highlights of this 2008 New Year release…
Personal Development Blog Out and Human Nature Blog In
Before today I had started my Personal Development Blog and my Success Blog. A lot of their concepts overlapped and this didn’t sit well with me. So I have merged my Personal Development Blog into my Success Blog which will just be my Success Blog from now on. My new Human Nature Blog has acquired the previous spot held by the Personal Development Blog. This gives me the framework to be a lot clearer with the content that I will be publishing here throughout the future.
brianwatkins.com Launch!
It is finally here! brianwatkins.net has now become brianwatkins.com! I have released it exactly on Midnight ET of the 2007 New Year. What an awesome way to kick off the New Year! Along with the switch I have launched a lot of new profound content and improved the website in many ways. I am extremely motivated by this release of brianwatkins.com. It fits me, I love what I do, and I get really motivated just by looking at my website now! I am extremely happy that brianwatkins.com is here and can’t wait to release more of me into it for you!
Removed Date Archives in Blogs
I decided to remove the monthly archive links in my blogs except for my Daily Journal.
.bw File Extension
Notice on all of the individual web pages of my site that they now end in the file extension ‘.bw’. Common internet file extensions like .html and .php just were not fitting enough for The Extreme Entrepreneur’s personal website.
My Picture on Home Page
I moved my picture from the About Me page to the Home page of my website.
brianwatkins.com Header Image
I proudly switched the labeling of my website from brianwatkins.net to brianwatkins.com in the header image.
Blog Bar Becomes Content Bar
The Blog Bar has officially been changed into the Content Bar here on brianwatkins.com.
New Contact Me Script as of January 2007
I installed a new contact script on my Contact page. I added a Subject field and I now have image verification.
Newsletter Becomes Magazine
I have now replaced my Newsletter with the Brian Watkins Magazine.
