While thinking a few weeks ago, I came to a crystal clear realization that society’s laws have virtually no impact without the threat of violence upon people by the police officers, government agents, and military who’s most essential function is that of being a hired gun. Without deadly physical force, law is mere suggestion. Both a lot of good & bad comes from this reality, especially in the softer forms of potential & risk. Is there another way to structure an optimal platform for people to pursue their maximum happiness & potential?
