My real estate investment company. I am setup to acquire commercial and residential property nationwide. I really do enjoy real estate a lot and plan to take on some world class developments throughout the future. However, right now, it is all about the simple multi-million dollar deals.

Currently named Venture Optimization for the interim, I am building a global strategic think tank designed to be a nerve center for world class thinkers. More than anything within achievement, I love the strategic thinking part. So I’ve always fantasized about being able to simply sit back and do strategic thinking across several initiatives of large-scale achievement. I’ve figured out how to make this a reality for myself and many other top gun strategists while at the same time likely producing massive financial gains. I expect my think tank to be one of the top producing ventures of my life.

My internet ventures company. This business of mine specializes in the creation & management of high quality internet properties ranging from information, community, retail, and multimedia websites & applications. The internet & computing is going to dominate much of the longer-term future and I’m planning on being a player in the process.
Watkins Company
My entrepreneurial company. Whenever I take on a venture that does not fit under any of my other business umbrellas, I call upon Watkins Company to execute the deal. It is my catchall business structure for small equity purchases, startups, joint ventures, marketing campaigns, etc.
