My ventures are the businesses and investments that are primarily intended to maximize my personal financial profit. Some may have additional objectives such as publicity & philanthropy but financial profit is the consistent defining factor in classifying my ventures. I do not list all of my ventures here, just some of them.
My overall empire corporation of which I am Chairman & CEO. It is the parent company to all of my other ventures and investments. Watkins Corporation is going to be the organization and brand that is my infrastructure for massive positive influence in the World. It is my masterpiece!
My buyout firm. A large key to my wealth building algorithm is the friendly takeover of high quality businesses. You can follow my journey as the Buyout Rookie as I acquire several multi-million dollar corporations. This is currently my primary wealth building focus.
My real estate investment company. I am setup to acquire commercial and residential property nationwide. We pursue multi-million dollar properties with various partners, buying low and selling high. I always like the common sense approach.
My internet ventures company. This business of mine specializes in the creation & management of information, community, retail, multimedia, and niche websites. I’ve always loved technology & the internet and they will certainly be leverage points for me throughout the future.
My entrepreneurial company. Whenever I take on a venture that does not fit under any of my other business umbrellas, I call upon Watkins Company to execute the deal. It is my catchall business structure for small equity purchases, joint ventures, marketing campaigns, etc.
