1980s - I absolutely love the 1980s America era! I grew up in the 80s and several reasons come to mind… awesome music, awesome movies, personal computers & electronics, high finance & business focus, modern building architecture, etc. The 80s were so awesome. Someone please invent a time machine so I can go back!

Asset Acquisitions - This is a proprietary Wealth Building income class that I came up with. It is the second best approach to creating extreme financial wealth that I know of. The basic principle of it is that the asset purchase’s profit is primarily built-in upfront. You can learn more in the Asset Acquisitions category of my Wealth Building Blog.

Babs - My spinoff of Babs Bunny, I created this nickname a longtime ago for what I call girls. Especially ones that I think are really cute. If I call you babs then you are lucky.

BLT - Bright, Light, and Tight. Not the sandwich! I invented this perspective in January 2007 for three governing important characteristics of a high performing system. This can be any type of system such as organizational, biological, digital, mechanical, etc. Bright meaning scalable. Light meaning few components and non-complex. Tight meaning high leverage for favorable results. I deal with many types of systems all of the time. When I design or build a system, I always make sure it is a BLT system. Buyout Rookie - This is my secondary personal brand title to Extreme Entrepreneur. It is also my journey into high finance through Watkins Buyouts. You can follow every step of my buyout journey here.

Change The World - When I use this phrase I am talking about creating a lasting change in the world that positively and profoundly affects the lives of a majority of all humanity. I am living my life to massively change the world in this way through World Happiness. I began using this phrase publicly in 2006.

Empire Corporation - A pillar of my proprietary philosophy of Wealth Building. It is the umbrella structure and brand to the business empire of a Wealth Builder. My empire corporation is appropriately named Watkins Corporation.

Extreme Entrepreneur - I am the Extreme Entrepreneur. This is my personal title. I am the Extreme Entrepreneur since I am living my life to massively change the world and have chosen Wealth Building as my primary strategy for building my global infrastructure for influence. Call me The Extreme Entrepreneur when you see me!

Infrastructure for Influence - When building my Ultimate Strategy for achieving World Happiness, I defined the relationship of Watkins Corporation to this goal as my infrastructure for influence. An infrastructure for influence is a built-up assembly of lasting components that work in a person’s favor towards their goals.

Leverage - Everyone is familiar with the concept of leverage. Although, I believe most people are only vaguely familiar with it. As I began to see its profound importance in my teens I began to hack away at its true nature and meaning. I eventually came to my own proprietary definition that I believe is dead-on in fully describing it. That is Leverage = An increase in Results/Resources.

Logic Hacking - This is the absolute number one skill I posses as a human being. For a longtime, until my early twenties, I hovered around defining what I was best at in the world and I referred to it as things like analysis and philosophizing but finally narrowed it down to the term logic hacking. It is the act of taking data with an assumption of intended performance tied to it and analyzing whether it is the best approach possible that you can see relative to your model of the relevant environment, then having the ability to come up with the reasons why and possibly a better performing solution. This shows up in every area of life and I am constantly consciously doing this, especially when another person makes a statement to me. I’ve truly been hacking logic since birth. Logic Hacking is my favorite sport.

OP Leverage - In business and success books you see references to terms like OPM (other people’s money), OPT (other people’s time), OPN (other people’s networks), etc. After thinking about these I found that they are primarily used in a context of leverage. So instead of referencing them in groups of individual examples, I decided to sum up the other people concept as OP Leverage. If referencing OPL (other people’s leverage), this would be a separate concept. Finally, an easy term to sum these concepts up that fits. Thank you Brian!

oZone - This is the name of my unique manmade private island concept. When designing the ideal place to live on earth I came up with the concept of a circle shaped island with a body of water inside of it with further islands within that. I can’t take credit for the awesome name though. It was my cousin who suggested the name oZone the day I invented this island concept back in the summer of 2005. The oZone Island may be a fantasy to some but from the perspective of a killer Wealth Building Algorithm it is a real probability. The only environment that tops the oZone Island in my mind is an advanced simulated reality.

Showstopper - I’ve heard this term used in context of entertainment, vanity, computer programming, and street basketball. For a longtime I’ve had a success concept that I invented as a teenager that is basically securing an external resource that automatically creates a lasting state of mind for execution of a defined strategy. This takes the variation of mindset out of the equation relative to the strategy. In 2006 I glued this term and concept of mine together, thus bringing the word showstopper to the success community.

State of Mind - This is not a new word but instead my own new proprietary perspective on the nature of it. I’ve found a lot of people relate this to mood and emotions. I however came to my own grander understanding of state of mind in 2006. Loosely, I view it as the condition of a person’s mind at a given moment in time made up of several things such as physical brain condition, emotions, logic, thoughts, etc. The comprehensive condition of a mind constantly influenced by all relevant values. Also, I believe state of mind is consistently one of the largest influencers of a person’s next course of action with anything. Through this perspective I view state of mind as a dynamic algorithm that all relevant environmental values filter through to determine future environmental values. My concept is a sort of deterministic state of mind. I also commonly use state of mind and mindset interchangeably.

Step Up - This is my absolute favorite motivational phrase. It is effective with me because I love a good challenge and I always have to pursue the highest level of something. Said in an intense challenging way, it gets me moving and makes me dominate!

Watkins Corporation - This is my empire corporation as well as my infrastructure for influence in extreme business success as well as changing the world.

WBO - This is an acronym for Watkins Buyout. The two popular existing corporate buyout acronyms are LBO and MBO. These stand for Leveraged Buyout and Management Buyout. The initial approach of acquisition I am taking with my buyout journey is neither of these so I decided to invent my own term. I naturally named it after myself. The key difference here is the use of equity financing over debt financing although I believe in the future WBO will come to represent any type of buyout done by Watkins Capital Corporation.

Wealth Building - In the middle of 2004, after my study of real estate, I really saw the shortcomings of entrepreneurship & traditional investing and sensed the need for a powerful governing practice of personal wealth creation. At this point I was even referring to this empty space I imagined as wealth building. After another year and a half of logic hacking, in the beginning of 2006, I finally was able to integrate several solid principles I invented as well as learned from others into a brand new timeless wealth creation philosophy that transcended everything I had seen from any other person. I felt my philosophy was so profound and revolutionary that I decided to redefine the common term of wealth building into my unique concept that I titled Wealth Building. I created a narrow definition of Wealth Building yet one that does not create hard barriers around the use of only what I believe are best practices. I currently define myself as a Wealth Builder even though I do not yet meet my own technical definition of a Wealth Builder. I believe it is legitimate for people to define themselves through their own perspective of their identity if they truly live their day to day life like it is in their blood. As the Father of Wealth Building, I think I can legitimately state this for myself. As of 1-1-2007 I am sharing my profound philosophy of Wealth Building with the world through my Wealth Building Blog along with relevant surrounding knowledge. I sincerely believe Wealth Building is a solid wealth creation model for future trillionaires.

World Happiness - One of my two Ultimate Goals is to give the lasting gift of happiness to the world with my life. This makes up half of my purpose. The philosophy behind this mission took me a little over twenty years to construct and test. It is extremely solid and I have committed my life towards its vigorous pursuit.
